What is your fee? Do you take a percentage of my rent? No! There’s no hidden agenda—we don’t take a portion of your rent. Guests are willing to pay a premium to rent the spaces for a shorter period of time, and we simply collect any residual amounts over your requested rent.
-
How will you ensure that rent is guaranteed? It’s straightforward—we run a business that generates income, and your rent is part of our operational costs, along with signing the lease with you. Your relationship is crucial to us, as it is the foundation of our business. Our goal is to be the last tenants that you will ever have.
-
How do you determine who is coming and going from the property?Security is our top priority. With your consent, we will install a Wi-Fi-enabled security camera on the building's exterior to ensure that guests are not accompanied by unauthorized individuals.

Do you advertise on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?We promote our properties on a variety of travel booking platforms, including Furnished Finder, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and others. These are essentially OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms that serve as intermediaries between us and our guests. We target corporate travelers, traveling nurses, leisure tourists, and individuals traveling for business across multiple marketing channels, all while employing our secure screening processes.

How do you prevent parties? To be clear, we take extensive measures to prevent parties or events in our units and to keep the property in top-notch condition. Maintaining these rentals is crucial for our business, as any deterioration can lead to downtime and lost revenue. Furthermore, it can damage our reputation on booking platforms, resulting in fewer quality stays. To mitigate this risk, we have installed noise detection devices in the units. If noise levels exceed a specific threshold, our team receives an alert, prompting us to send personnel to the location to address the issue and request the guest(s) to vacate. Although we do not expect this to happen, any necessary maintenance or repairs will be our responsibility should it occur. Incidents of this nature are very uncommon.
